- 250 grams Butter
- 200 grams almond meal
- 70 grams Gluten free self raising flour
- 250 grams egg, about 4 large
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Icing
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams icing sugar
- 50 grams cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients into TM bowl.
Mix on 6 for 30 secs.
Scrape down sides and if needed mix again for a few seconds.
Spoon into muffin sized cases.
Bake in a 180 for 20 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
Place all ingredients into bowl and mix for 15 secs on speed 6.
Put into piping bag and pipe onto cakes.
