      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl

    Mix on speed 5 for 10seconds, then scrape down the sides

    Mix again for a further 20 seconds and as needed slowly add 1 - 2 Tbs water through the hole in the lid if needed to being the mixture together.

    Mix until it's a sticky bliss ball consistency.

    Roll into balls, or alternatively press into a tray to make a slice

Tip

Roll into balls or press into a tray and cut into slices.
Can be made into muslie bars if you need to also.
Substitute the almond butter for tahini for a nut free version, suitable for school lunchboxes or allergies.
