  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 90 grams golden syrup
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tbsp Boiling water
  • 125 grams plain yoghurt
  • 160 grams sugar
  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 90 grams dessicated coconut

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    For the cookies
  1. if your almonds are not chopped, chop them first and set aside. No need to wash bowl.
    Add butter and syrup and melt 3m 30s, 80, #2
    Mix the bicarbonate with the boiling water and add immediately to the bowl and mix 10s, #4 Counter-clockwise operation
    Add all other ingredients and combine 30s #3Counter-clockwise operation
    Use a tablespoon to scoop mix onto tray, roll if you wish and flatten slightly.
    Bake for 20 mins at 160 degrees. If you want a crunchier cookie bake a few mins longer. Watch they don't burn.
