Recipe's preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 180'C. Line tray with baking paper.
Heat butter and golden syrup into bowl for 2 minutes/60 degrees/speed 3 (or until dissolved). Add bicarbonate soda for last 5 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 30 seconds on dough. Turn out into slice tin and flatten with spatula. Spread over two tins if they are small.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and mark into pieces. Cool for 5-10 minutes in pan then transfer to wire rack.
