Ingredients

  • 125 g raw sugar
  • 250 g Butter, cubed
  • 1/2 sml tin condensed milk. approx 200 ml.
  • 400 g m SR Flour
  • 1 sml egg
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 1 Bag Smarties

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop Chocolate into Chunks. Closed Lid and Turbo 3-4 times. Remove.

    Grind sugar to Caster Sugar. 3 Seconds Sp.9

    Add butter and condensed milk. Cream 1 minute Sp 6.

    Add SR Flour and Chocolate chips.

    Mix with aid of Spatula on Speed 3-4 for 10-20 seconds add Egg through the top to loosen dough.

    Set dial to close lid and timer to 1 minute on interval speed 

    Place onto silicone mat dusted with flour.

    Roll into 2 long log shapes.

    Refrigerate 30mins -1Hr

    Pre-heat oven to 190degC

    Cut into equal portions and flatten a bit on a paper lined baking tray. Top each one with 3-4 smarties. Leave room on the tray for the biscuits to spread a bit.  

    Bake at 190 deg for 10-12 minutes.

    Remove and cool on a wire rack.
