For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Line a 12 hole muffin tray with paper cases and turn oven to 200
- Weigh 100g butter into bowl and melt 1 minute/ 100 degrees/ speed 4
- Add eggs, milk bananas then mix 6 sec/speed 5
- Place butter, flour, sugar, baking powder and chocolate chips (if using) into mixing bowl then mix 6 sec/ speed 10
- Fill muffin cases with the batter (approx 1/4 cup per case). Bake 14 - 16 minutes. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
