      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 160C.

    1. Place bananas and dates into TM Bowl.  5 sec / Spd 6

    2. Scrape down sides.

    3. Add all other ingredients.  20 sec / Spd 4

    4. Pour batter into a greased/lined loaf tin.

    5. Bake for 50 - 60 mins.

    (Check cooked by inserting a skewer in middle and it comes out clean)

    Funny texture.

    I am not sure if I did something wrong but the texture was a bit moist and thick for me.
