- 70 g Butter
- 140 g Rapadura Sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 Bananas (ripe)
- 225 g self-raising flour
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- 160 g sultanas

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180*c
2. grease and line a loaf tin (22cmx12cm)
3. make self raising flour if you only have plain flour
4. put sugar in Thermomix and pulverise 10-20s/sp9
5. Add butter and chop 5sec/sp5
6. Add butterfly and cream butter and sugar 11/2-2min/sp4
7. Remove butterfly and add egg, bananas and milk and mix 5-10s/sp5
8. Add flour and mix 5sec/sp5
9. Add sultanas and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" /5sec/sp5
10. put the batter in the lined loaf tin
11. put in the oven and bake for 45min or until skewer comes out clean
12. cool in the tin and then slice to serve
