- 2 ripe bananas
- 20 grams honey
- 1 sachet Gelatine powder, (4 teaspoons)
- 150 grams Hot Water to dissolve gelatine
- 120 grams coconut oil

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add cashews into mixing bowl. !0 seconds, Speed 9.
2. Put a bowl on top of the lid, add gelatine and hot water to dissolve the gelatine.
3. Add all ingredients into the bowl. Mix for 1 minute, speed 4.
4. Pour into cup cake molds.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees, for 12-15 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired. Allow to cool on a wire rack. They also freeze well!
