If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line muffin pan with wrappers.
Place macadamia nuts and sunflower seeds to TM mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/ speed 7. Set aside.
Place bananas in TM mixing bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix 15 sec/ speed 5.
Pour into muffin tins and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until muffins are cooked. Cool before serving.

Tip
If you use mini muffin pans it will make approximately 24. Works well with pear and blueberries as well.
If you have large bananas 1 will do.
