I made a batch yesterday, and yes they turned out quite dry, even though I only left them in the oven for the 20 minutes as per the recipe. Made another batch today and added an extra banana for a bit more of a banana flavour as well as an extra 10 grams of oil. Once again only left them in the oven for the 20 minutes. These turned out better. I still think next time I will increase a bit more oil or add a bit of milk.

Taste yummo, I found them a tad dry, but I did leave them in for a little longer as my oven often overcooks and I was waiting for them to brown on the top a little...so that might have been it....? Big Smile
