      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Prepare your baking sheet for the dough.
    Add rolled oats, medium ripe bananas previously mashed with the back of the fork to the bowl followed by the dark chocolate chips.
    Combine all ingredients at speed 3 for 45 seconds.
    Scoop one tablespoon of dougn into your wet hands and form into a round ball.
    Place dough onto prepared baking sheet and press down with a fork to form the shape of the biscuit.
    Cook for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
