  • 80 g walnuts
  • 3 over ripe bananas, mashed
  • 80 g Grapeseed Oil
  • 150 g Milk
  • 350 g self rasing flour
  • 80 g dessicated coconut
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Preheat oven to 200degrees.

    grease and line a loaf tin.

    chop walnuts for 5-10 seconds on speed 6

    set aside

     

  2. add mashed bananas, oil and milk to TM bowl and mix for 15 seconds on speed 4

  3. add flour, coconut, sugar and bicarb soda and mix for 20-30 seconds on speed 8 REVERSE

  4. add chopped walnuts and mix for 10-15 seconds on speed 8 REVERSE

  5. pour into prepared tin and bake for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean
