Best dairy free Banana bread

50 grams coconut oil

  • 50 grams coconut oil
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 3 Large Ripe Bananas
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds mixed with 9 Tsp water, (Or 1 egg)
  • 250 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Prehead oven to 180 Celcius. Grease and line base of a loaf tin.

    1. Place oil, sugar, chia mix and bananas in TM bowl and mix on speed 5 for 10 seconds then scrape down sides.

    2. Add flour, baking powder, coconut milk  and mix on speed 5 for 4 seconds or until combined. Pour mix into loaf tin.

    4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown
