For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add all the ingredients without the blueberries.
- 2. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 4
- 3. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- 4. Mix for 5 seconds on speed 4
- 5. Add the coated blueberries and fold into the batter with the spatula
- 6. Pour batter into loaf tin prepared with baking paper.
- Bake at 175 degrees in a fan forced oven for 1 hour.
Allow to cool before slicing and enjoying!
