  • 50 grams carrot, cut into 2 pieces
  • 30 grams apple
  • 15 grams Goji Berries
  • 100 grams almonds, raw
  • 20 grams chia seeds
  • 60 grams coconut desiccated, extra for rolling

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add all ingredients into mixing bowlClosed lid
  2. Blend until combined speed 8, 1 min
  3. Roll into balls
  4. Roll balls in remaining desiccated coconut
  5. Place in freezer to set firm

    Made these this weekend .. they are different but yummy and filling.
    They don’t harden up as much as I thought they would but I like them soft
