Cacao Chia Pudding - vegan

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Cacao Chia Pudding
  1. 30 minutes before starting, remove the pips from the dates, place in a small cup and soak in 250g filtered water.
  2. In a separate bowl, soak the chia seeds in 600g filtered water. Stir until they expand and look gelatinous (about 4 mins).
  3. Add the avocado, coconut oil, soaking dates (including water), cacao powder and gelatinous chia seed mixture.
    Closed lid Blend 10 seconds/speed 8.
  4. Place in serving bowls. Puddings can be left to chill for hours or consumed straight away.
  5. Puddings can be kept in fridge for up to 5 days.
