Bliss Balls

  • 250 g coconut, shredded
  • 2 level tsp coconut, oil
  • 2 level tsp monkfruit sweetner
  • 2 level tsp Flaxseed
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 level teaspoons cinnamon, ground
  • 50 g Coconut butter

Caramel Mixture

  • 200 g raw pitted dates
  • 150 g boiled water
  • 1/2 level tsp bicarbonate of soda

Recipe's preparation

    GF Caramel Bliss Balls
  1. Place raw pitted dates and boiled water in a bowl and sprinkle with bicarb soda. Cover and let soak for 20 mins to soften.

    Place the rest of the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Mix on Speed 7 for 15 secs. Scrape side with spatula and repeat.

    Discard date water into a sperate bowl. Add in soaked dates and mix on speed 5 for 10 secs. Add in date water until desired consistency.

    Make spoonful sized balls and round them using your hands. Roll in dessicated coconut and put in airtight container. Store in fridge.
