Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160 (140 for fan forced)

    Melt butter, chocolate, sugar, golden syrup and milk in bowl for 2.5 minutes on 60 deg Speed 2.

    Add flours and egg and mix for 10 seconds on Speed 4.

    Spoon into patty pans in a 12 muffin tray and bake for 30 minutes.

    This didn't seem to have a whole lot of flavour and didn't stay fresh very long even though it was kept in an air tight container. I won't be making this one again.

    I also melted the ingrediants a little bit longer, but they produced very light cupcakes with beautiful subtle caramel flavour.

    Awesome! Thanks for the recipe... My new fave tmrc_emoticons.). I did have to melt the ingredients a bit longer so it wasn't lumpy
