If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat Oven 180 Degrees. Lightly grease muffin tray with coconut oil
- Melt coconut oil at 60 degrees on Speed 2 for 1 minute
- Scrap down sides of bowl and add banana's. Mix Speed 4/ 20 seconds.
- Add flour, linseed meal Bicarb Soda, carob and Milk. Mix Speed 4/ 20 seconds.
- Add Choc chips and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 4/ 10 seconds.
- Spoon mixture into muffin tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until firm and skewer clean when inserted.
