  • 75 g Red apple
  • 85 g banana ripe
  • 200 g self rasing flour
  • 110 g muesli, I used oat clusters with sunflower seeds
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 200 g Milk

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Muffins
  1. Peel and chop in large pieces the carrot and put into your Closed lid

  2. Chop carrot speed 5/ 5 seconds

  3. Add Apple(cored and chopped) and banana

  4. chop speed 4/ 5 seconds, scrape down bowl

  5. Add flour, muesli, sugar, eggs, oil and milk

  6. mix Counter-clockwise operation Speed 3-5/10 seconds. Scrape bowl then Counter-clockwise operation speed3-5/5 seconds

  7. Put your muffin mix into patty papers and bake @170 fan/f 20 mins

    Great recipe, thanks. As I didnt have oat clusters I used quick cooking oats instead and reduced sugar to 30g. Healthy and delicious.
