Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 160 degreee
Insert butterfly whisk. Place egg white and sugar into mixing bowl. Mix 3 mins/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1
Add butter, mix 2 mins/ speed 2.
Place plain flour into mixing bowl. Mix 1mins/ speed 3.
Scrape down the side of the mixing bowl. Put the mixture into a piping bag.
Pipe the mixture like a cat tongue onto prepared baking tray. Repeat with the remaining mixture (make approx 30 pieces), leaving space inbetween for biscuits to spread during baking.
Bake for 12-15 mins (160 degree) until golden brown.Remove from oven and allow to cool on tray for 5 minutes. Transfer into a wire rack and allow to cool completely. Keep inside a close lid container and use within 30 days.
