- 600 g flour
- 45 g baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 85 g Butter
- 410 g Milk

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Pre heat oven to 220 degrees and line a big baking tray with baking paper. In a small rammekin add in the sugar topping ingredients, stir and set aside.
- Weigh in dates. Turbo mode 1 second, transfer to a bowl and set aside
- Weigh in flour, baking powder, salt and butter
5 seconds speed 6 - Weigh in milk
6 seconds speed 5
Scrape sides down and add dates - Dough mode 1 minute. Use the spatula while the blades are going to ensure incorporation of ingredients
- Tip out onto silicone mat and divide into 16 portions. Shape into balls and transfer to lined tray. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
- Bake for 11-15 minutes or until the bases are browned and when a skewer is inserted it comes out clean
