      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Place butter, sugar and egg into the mixing bowl. Closed lid
    Mix 2 min/speed 3
  3. Add SR flour, cocoa powder to mixing bowl. Closed lid
    Mix 40 sec/speed 4
  4. Add choc chips and stir 30 sec/ Counter-clockwise operation reverse speed 2
  5. Make approximately 24 walnut sized balls and place 5 cm apart onto prepared baking trays. Flatten lightly with fork, cookies will flatten more as they bake. Bake 15 min, 180°C.
    Allow to cool on a wire rack before storing.
