Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Great recipe!! Coconut, banana & choc chips all together delicious!!
I didn't have butter milk so I always use Greek yoghurt instead. Kids loved them.
These were really nice, i
These were really nice, i loved the coconut choc flavour, & were not too over powered by the banana. Was a bit doubtful as i don't usually bake using coconut oil, but they might be my new favourite recipe for muffins! I used plain milk as I'm a bit lazy and couldn't be bothered 'making' buttermilk but didn't seem to matter too much.
