      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Grind Hazelnuts
  1. Add 170g of Hazelnuts into the Thermomix
  2. Grind the nuts on Level 5 for 5 seconds
  3. Add 3 Eggs and mix for 20 seconds on 7
  4. Add 170g Sugar and mix for 10 seconds on 5
  5. Add 10cl of Water and 100g chocolate
  6. Turn on heat to 50°C and mix on 1 for 4 minutes
  7. Add baking power
  8. Put dough into oven at 180°C for 35 minutes
