      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Batter
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180C

    2. Melt butter at 60C for 30 sec on speed 2

    3. Mix in sugars for 30 seconds on speed 5

    4. Add in eggs one at a time for 40 seconds on speed 5

    5. Mix in pancake mix for 1 min on speed 5

    6. Mix in milk for 20 sec on speed 5

    7. Pour mixture into muffin cups to 3/4 full

    8. Sprinkle or mix in chocolate chips

    9. Bake at 170C for 15-20 minutes
