If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Mill: 50 grams sugar for 20 seconds/speed 10 (set aside)
2. Mix: cocoa powder + sugar + vegetable oil for
30 seconds/speed 4
3. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract whilst
Thermomix is running
4. Combine: flour + bicarbonate soda + salt for
30 seconds/speed 4
5. Cover dough with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
6. Preheat oven to 175©
7. Roll into 1 TBSP size balls
8. Coat with powdered sugar just prior to baking
9. Bake for 10-12 minutes
10. Allow to cool completely prior to serving
