Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Add a commentjust made this but the
just made this but the mixture is too crumbly. Any suggestions hoe I can get it to stick so I can roll it?? Might try coconut cream?
really good! hard to coat
really good! hard to coat them in coconut unless you squash the coconut flakes onto the ball. used some dates that were a "snack" from morrisons and they were glazed so my protein balls are really sweet (not sure if using medjool ones would make a difference...ill try next time)
