- 180 grams icing sugar
- 35 grams cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Corn Flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
- 90 grams choc chips
Recipe is created for
Preheat oven to 180.
Place icing sugar, cocoa and corn flour into jug.
Turbo two times, to sift and combine.
Add egg whites and mix 5 seconds/speed 3.
Add in the vanilla essence and vinegar and combine 5 seconds/speed 3.
Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if necessary.
Add in Choc Chips and mix 5 seconds/speed 3/"Counter-clockwise operation" .
Pour teaspoons of mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
Be sure to allow plenty of room as they do grow and spread.
Allow to cool on the trays.
Accessories you need
The mixture is liquid, but will rise and firm up in the oven.
Only make them 1-2tsps in size otherwise they won't cook properly.
Ensure you let them cool on the trays otherwise they will stick and break apart.
