Slice
- 340 grams Butter
- 85 grams Weetbix, (High Bran)
- 90 grams rolled oats
- 280 grams Self Raising Flour
- 30 grams cocoa powder
- 190 grams brown sugar
Icing
- 350 grams icing sugar, Can make this from raw sugar in your thermomix
- 30 grams cocoa powder
Recipe's preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
Place dry ingredients into the mixing bowl then combine 15sec/speed 3. Set dry ingredients aside – no need to clean bowl.
Combine sugar and cocoa for 5 secs/speed 8. Add warm water to get icing to correct consistency adding to the mixture through the MC cup hole with machine on speed 2.
