  • 220 grams plain flour
  • 1&1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 4-500 grams banana
  • 130 grams brown sugar
  • 50 grams vegetable oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    2. Lightly coat loaf pan with cooking spray or line with baking paper

    3. Combine eggs, banana, sugar and oil in TM bowl.  Mix for 10 seconds on speed 4, or until combined, but still a little chunky.

    4. First add flour, (evenly over top of mixture) then sprinkle baking soda, cinnamon and salt, to bowl and mix Counter-clockwise operation for 20 seconds on speed 4.

    5. Spoon the batter ino the pan, and place in oven or 45 to 50 minutes or until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean.

    6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out onto a rack.  Allow to cool completely before slicing.
