Clone of Cadbury Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 45 grams caster sugar - or blitz your own
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence/Extract
  • 280 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 100 grams coconut oil
  • 180 grams Dark cooking chocolate - roughly chopped

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Clone of Cadbury Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees

    1. Using raw sugar, Mill caster sugar

    2. Add brown sugar, natvia and coconut oil and mix on speed 5 for 15sec

    3. Add vanilla and egg through hole for further 5sec

    4. Add flour and mix on speed 5 for 30sec

    5. Add chopped chocolate and mix Counter-clockwise operation on speed 2 for 20sec

    6. Roll teaspoon of mixture on a lined baking tray and bake for 10-15min. Cool on a wire rack.
