TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Mix-a -lot Granola: this recipe was added to my favourite file. Much more tasty than any shop bought muesli/ granola!!!
TIP: do not turbo chop the nuts, as some are whole while the rest is like flour.
I suggest chopping them all on Sp. 5 for 2 seconds, checking how fine you want them
I used 90 g sweetener by using 45 g honey and 45 g rice malt syrup.
Double the recipe, as it is far too nice to make one batch.
Baked about 15-20 min on fan forced @ 170° C, turning every 5 minutes
