Muffins

  • 160 grams cranberries, dried
  • 320 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 160 grams Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3 --- Carrots medium
  • 85 grams Dark Brown Sugar
  • 3 Bananas medium
  • 45 grams Coconut shredded or desiccated
  • 1 heaped teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven 180 degrees. Grease muffin tin or place patty pans in muffin tray.
  1. 1- soak cranberries in 5 Tablespoons of  boiling water with 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste. 

    2- place carrots and bananas into TM bowl chop 10 seconds speed 7.

    3- add all other ingredients into TM bowl mix 50 seconds reverse speed 4.

    4- spoon mixture into muffin trays bake for 20 mins.
