      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Crunchy nut bar
  1. Get your silicone bar moulds out:

    1. Preheat oven 180 deg
    2. Chop dried apple, almonds for 12 sec, sp 6
    3. Remove from Closed lid and set aside
    4. Melt butter, sugar and honey in Closed lid for 4 min, 100 deg, sp3
    5.Add apple mix and cornflakes to Closed lid
    6. Combine Counter-clockwise operation 30 sec, sp 2.
    7. Divide into bar moulds
    8. Cook 10- 15 min
    9. Place in fridge to firm up and then eat or place in container.

Tip

These can be placed in freezer and eaten at a later date.
keep an eye on mixture when in oven as it cooks quickly. Pull out once golden.
