For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Prehead Oven to 100*C
Line a cookie sheet with baking paper - Add all ingredients to TM bowl
"Closed lid" Combine on Reverse, Speed 3 for 30 seconds - Spread muesli mixture out on tray. Bake for 15 mins or until golden

Unfortunetly oats are not gluten free in australia...
Unfortunetly oats are not gluten free in australia but rolled quinoa can be used in its place for a gluten free alternative.
