- 2 eggs
- 50 grams sugar
- 65 gram flour
- 1/2 teaspoon edmonds baking powder

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Insert butterly and crack the 2 eggs into , set time to 3 minutes speed 4 and slowly add the sugar and beat until thick. Add flour and baking powder 5 seconds speed 4. Place small spoonfuls onto greased trays. Bake 7 to 10 minutes at 190 degrees celcius.
When cooled put together with whipped cream with or without jam.
Make as large or as small as you like, can put cream in several hours before serving
