I've made this cake now 6 times as a cake and cupcakes Smile
My son is egg ana and my daughter is DF and SF.
I was worried my son wouldn't get to enjoy a cake for his 1st Birthday, but with this recipe he could!
So glad I came across it.
    Super moist and fail proof!
I bake it in 2 tins usually so I dont need to cut the cake for filling.

Made this for a friend's birthday cake (but iced it using vienna cream / buttercream icing).  Held together well and tasted just like normal cake.  would make again.

Great recipe. Everyone loved it. We had a guest who is allergic to eggs. This helped make the whole party egg free. Makes a nice big cake.
