  • 170 grams ripe bananas, approx 3 bananas
  • 125 grams Soft brown sugar
  • 125 grams vegetable oil
  • 1/4 scoops plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.5 scoops plain flour
  • 1 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180C, line mini muffin tin with mini muffin liners
    2. Place bananas, brown sugar, oil, yoghurt and vanilla extract into bowl
    3. Mix 15 Seconds, Speed 5
    4. Add in the rest of the ingredients
    5. Mix 30 Seconds, Speed 4
    6. put into mini muffin tray and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked
    Muffins can we stored in the refridgerator for up to 1 week, and can be frozen for 3 months.
