  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 level teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams Shredded coconut
  • 60 grams dried apricots, Chopped
  • 100 grams chocolate chips
  • 230 grams rolled oats

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 , line a square cake tin or slice tin depending on your preference for thinkness.

    Melt butter, sugar and honey/syrup 3 minutes, 70°c, speed 2 or until melted, allow to cool a little to prevent melting chocolate chips!

    Add vanilla, oats, coconut, apricots and chcocolate chips and stir Spd 3 on Reverse until mixed well

    Bake until golden, allow to cool and slice into squares
