I don't know why this recipe only has three stars. I make these all the time - and now I use ALL the recommended chocolate. SO beautiful!

  • Perfect Florentines - easy to

Perfect Florentines - easy to make!

I made two lots and used about a quarter of the suggested amount of chocolate.

This will be another regular for us - thanks so much for posting!

Oh - and it was really easy using an egg ring ... I stuffed the egg ring with the Florentine mix and it lifted easily for each biscuit.  Have more recently used mini flan/tart pans in the oven and they work even better than egg rings.

    Lovely!

Just made double the quantity so had to turn the speed up to 4 instead of 3 - big mistake. Will do two lots seperately next time. (Still tasted great though)
