      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Brownies
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180

  2. 2. Line a square slice tin with baking paper

  3. 3. Place all ingredients into bowl and mix 50 secs/speed 4

  4. 4. Scrap down sides of bowl and mix 30 sec/speed5

  5. 5. Pour into,prepared tin and bake for 25-30 mins. Leave brownies to sit for 5 hours before cutting. You can place them in fridge and this will speed up the process by about half.

    brownies will be soft in the middle and have a nice jiggle
