Flourless Choc Nut Cookies Sugar Free

Ingredients

Cookie Dough

  • 400gram can chicpeas
  • 2 level teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 level teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoon raw honey or rice malt syrup
  • 250 grams any Nut Butter or natural Peanut Butter
  • 100 grams raw cacao nibs

Recipe's preparation

  1. Line a Baking tray with baking paper

    Pre-Heat Oven to 180

    Drain and rinse chicpeas

    Allow them to drain well (blot with papertowel to remove excess moisture)

    Add chicpeas, nutbutter or peanut butter, honey or rice malt syrup, Vanilla Extract and baking power to the bowl

    Blend 15 seconds Speed 7 or until a smooth paste

    Add cacao nibs

    Blend on Counter-clockwise operation 20 seconds speed 4 to combine the nibs into the mixture.

    Place about a Tablespoon size mixture onto baking tray lined with baking paper

    Bake 180 15 to 20 minutes until nicely browned.  Cookies will be a little soft in the middle unltil cooled.  

    Place on wire rack to cool
