  • 2 heaped tablespoons milk (0r dark or white) chocolate chip

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Line 2 baking trays with baking paper (or thermomat)
  1. 1. Pre heat oven to 180C

    2. Mill sugar (white or raw) for 10 sec at speed 10

    3. Insert butterfly whisk

    4. Put in egg whites 5min/37C/Sp 3

    5. Take butterfly whist out

    6. Add vanilla essence & choc chips

    7. 5sec/sp 2/reverse

    8. place 1 teaspoon of the dough onto the baking tray about 5cm apart as they will spread

    9. Bake in the oven for 8 min at 180C

    10. Leave to cool on wire racks

These are very rich cookies so wash it down with a glass of cold milk, coffee or tea!
