If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Grease and line a 22cm square cake tin
2. Add banana, mash 3sec/speed 5
3. Add egg and milk, mix 3sec/speed 4, set aside, dont clean bowl
4. Add apple & pear (no need to peel or core), chop 8-10sec/speed 5
5. Add Oats, flour, chia seeds, dried fruit, cinnamon and reserved banana mix, mix 6-10sec/speed 3
6. Pour into prepared pan, pre heat oven to 180C (this gives the chia seeds a little bit of time plump up), then cook for aprox 45min
7. Allow to cool on wire rack before cuting into 12 squares (or smaller if desired)

This is a great sugar free snack for kids
To make this gluten free, swap plain flour for GF flour.
You can also use other flours such as wholemeal
