  • 120 gram almonds
  • 50 gram walnuts
  • 120 gram dark chocolate
  • 100 gram coconut oil
  • 100 gram honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees


    place almonds in tm bowl and mil 10sec/spd10-set aside


    place walnuts in tm bowl and process 1sec/spd5 - set aside


    put dark chocolate, coconut oil and honey into tm bowl and process 5min/50 degrees/spd2 until melted.


    allow to cool for 5 mins, add almond meal, walnuts, baking soda and eggs and process 10sec/rev/spd3


    Pour into brownie tray and bake for 20-30 mins or until slightly crisp on top....allow to cool in tray before cutting into slices


    beware, this is very rich so small slices are best.
