      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation of dough
  1. Add sugar, vanilla and ghee into Closed lid and Counter-clockwise operation for 10-15 sec speed 5 until creamy
  2. Add flour and Dough modefor 5 mins till dough is amalgamated
  3. Chill for 25 mins
  4. Shape into small balls and place on baking tray
  5. Gently place pistachio halves on top without flattening dough
  6. Place in middle rack of an oven at 170 C.
  7. Bring out of oven and leave to cool to room temperature before sampling

Tip

For extra sweetness increase sugar to 175gms
