  • 4 eggs
  • 1 jar Heinz Baby Pureed Apple (110g jar)
  • 60 g Rice Bran Oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 g sugar

  • 1 tsp bicarb soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven 180 degrees or 160 degrees fan forced
    2. Mash bananas speed 6, 4 secs. Scrape down bowl. Repeat
    3. Add eggs, applesauce, oil, vanilla extract, sugar
    4. Mix speed 5, 10 secs
    5. Add flour, bicarb soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
    6. Mix speed 4, 20 secs
    8. Pour into muffin tin lined with muffin holders. Bake for 20 -25 minutes.
    9. Allow to cool 5 minutes in pan before transferring to wire rack.
