Batter

  • 250 grams Gluten free self raising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams Rice Bran Oil
  • 375 grams Milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder GF
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Recipe's preparation

    Making the Batter
  1. 1. Place all ingredients into Closed lid and mix on Speed 4 for 4 seconds.

  2. 2. Scrape down sides and mix again on Speed 4 for a few seconds.

  3. 3. Cook in batches in your waffle maker.

Tip

Can be made dairy free by using an alternate milk such as soy or almond. These can also be made without eggs, just add a little more liquid to make up for them.
